产融结合对上市公司经营绩效和企业价值的影响

以我国上市公司为研究样本,从金融机构参股钢铁上市公司的视角,分析不同参股比例的产融结合行为对经营绩效、企业价值的影响。经分析发现,金融机构参股超过一定比例后,产融结合对企业经营绩效和企业价值呈显著非线性相关关系。     

On generic G-prevalent properties and a quantitative K-S theorem for Cr diffeomorphisms of the circle

We will consider a convex subset of a metric linear space and a certain group of actions G on this set, that allow us to define the notion of Haar zero measure on sets that have zero Haar measure for the translation (by adding) invariant HSY prevalence theory. In this way, we will be able to define the meaning of G-prevalent set according to the pioneering work of Christensen. Our setting considers problems which take into account the convex structure and this is quite different from the previous results on prevalence which consider basically the linear additive structure. In this setting, we will show a kind of quantitative Kupka–Smale theorem, and also we generalize a result about rotation numbers which was first considered by J.-C. Yoccoz (and, also by M. Tsujii). Among other things we present an estimation of the amount of hyperbolicity in a setting that we believe was not considered before.     

Event-triggered variable horizon Supervisory Predictive control of hybrid power plants

The supervision of a hybrid power plant, including solar panels, a gas microturbine and a storage unit operating under varying solar power profiles is considered. The Economic Supervisory Predictive controller assigns the power references to the controlled subsystems of the hybrid cell using a financial criterion. A prediction of the renewable sources power is embedded into the supervisor. Results deteriorate when the solar power is unsteady, owing to the inaccuracy of the predictions for a long-range horizon of 10 s. The receding horizon is switched between an upper and a lower value according to the amplitude of the solar power trend. Theoretical results show the relevance of horizon switching, according to a tradeoff between performance and prediction accuracy. Experimental results, obtained in a Hardware In the Loop (HIL) framework, show the relevance of the variable horizon approach. Power amplifiers allow us to simulate virtual components, such as a gas microturbine, and to blend their powers with that of real devices (storage unit, real solar panels). In this case, fuel savings, reaching 15%, obtained under unsteady operating conditions lead to a better overall performance of the hybrid cell. The overall savings obtained in the experiments amount to 12%.

Control over fibril width via different solubility additives for diketopyrrolopyrrole-based photovoltaic devices

Control over polymeric bulk heterojunction (BHJ) morphology is one of the key factors in obtaining high-efficiency devices. The domain size influence on device performance is widely considered critical. In this paper, the fibril width of 3,6-bis-(thiophen-2-yl)-N,N′-bis(2-octyl-1-dodecyl)-1,4-dioxo-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole and thieno[3,2-b]thiophene (PDBT-TT):[6,6]-phenyl-C₇₁-butyric acid methyl ester (PC₇₁BM) blend thin film was adjusted by different processing additives. By decreasing the solubility of PDBT-TT in different additives, the fibril width can be decreased from 65.7 nm to 14.8 nm. It is possible that the PDBT-TT seed-crystallite nuclei concentration is higher in the relatively low solubility solvents than that in the relatively high solubility solvents, thus leading to the formation of narrower fibrils. The PDBT-TT/PC71BM narrow fibrillar interpenetrating network structure was beneficial to exciton separation and charge transport processes. As a result, the solar cell with the narrowest fibril width has a higher short circuit current (J_sc) and fill factor (FF), thus achieving optimized device performance from less than 1% to 4.75%.
